Understanding Neurodivergence. Empowering Possibility.

Welcome

My own experiences with neurodivergence, as well as my son’s, have taught me what it feels like to be misunderstood and how profoundly meaningful it can be to have someone who truly understands.

These experiences have shaped how I see the world and how I practice.

For years in my practice I watched capable and thoughtful adults, myself included, move through systems that weren't designed for them. Many of the people I work with have spent decades being misunderstood, misdiagnosed, or told to try harder. Often, the anxiety, depression, and trauma they carried weren’t separate from their neurodivergence. They were tangled up with it, shaped by years of masking, burnout, and not being seen.

I started this practice to support neurodivergent adults, with specialties in trauma, anxiety, and depression, especially when they show up together.

Let’s work with the way your mind actually works.

My Values

Mission

My mission is to be the therapist I wish more neurodivergent adults had: one who gets it, listens first, and builds care around who you are, not who you’ve been told to be. Clients are experts on their own lives, not checklists. Care is built with them, not done to them. Putting clients first means making referrals when necessary, and collaborating with other professional support when indicated.

Vision

I hope for my clients to see their differences as gifts, a world where my clients are understood rather than misread, where support is built around how their minds work, and where getting help leads to real, lasting change in their lives and relationships.

The Process

I begin with a thorough assessment and screening process where we learn about your unique sypmptoms and experiences.  I use validated tools paired with a thorough interview that integrates all factors of your history and identity. This collaborative and individualized process guides a treatment plan designed around what meaningful progress looks like for you.

I use measurement-based care, which means we track your symptoms and day-to-day functioning over time. Instead of guessing whether therapy is working, we can see it, and adjust when it isn’t.

Your care doesn’t have to stop here. I maintain trusted referral partnerships, and I can offer recommendations for alternative and complementary approaches when they fit your needs.
